WHAT'S THE DIMENSION OF THE BOX?
L = 70cm, W = 60cm, H = 50cm
for easy visualization it is almost the same size as the biggest LBC balikbayan box and even bigger than the biggest plastic storage boxes.

WHICH UVC LAMP CAN FIT THE BOX?
UVC lamp brands differs in sizes. Make sure to measure your UVC lamp before purchasing.

WHY IS THIS DESIGNED FOR NON-OZONE?
UVC non-ozone light works only with direct light contact.
UVC non-ozone is recommended for food products, not the ozone version.
The reflectorized UVC box reflects the light 360 degrees inside the box for complete disinfection.

WHAT'S THE RIGHT UVC WATTAGE FOR THE BOX?
The smallest UVC lamp in the market is 18 watts which also fits perfectly insidet the UVox.
36 watts and higher lamps are more for room size use but can also be used inside the UVox if you prefer.
You may use portable UVC lamps.

DO YOU SELL THIS WITH A UVC LAMP?
The price does not include a UVC lamp.
If you wish to purchase a non-ozone UVC lamp you may contact the community reseller assisting you to package your purchase.

CAN I USE UVC OZONE FOR UVOX?
Yes. UVox can easily withstand the light of UVC ozone, but please take note that ozone gas is not advisable for food products.

When using UVC ozone lamps make sure to use outside of your house or with good exhaust ventilation near the UVox.

CAN YOU PLACE HEAVY PRODUCTS INSIDE?
No if it will be lifted off the ground.
Yes if it will not be lifted off the ground.
UVox can be lifted and carried together with light materials inside, like clothing and other similar light weight items.

CAN I USE THIS AS A SIMPLE SEALED STORAGE?
You may use the product as sealed storage if it will be just placed in one area and will not carry the weight of heavy products.

IS THIS WASHABLE?
Yes. UVox is waterproof and will not fade and corrode. You can easily wash away wet market stain and smell off its surface.
